which, via the website and other forms of communication, collects and processes personal data
of users such as name and surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.
The controller undertakes to make every effort to maintain proper security of the customer’s

We received it from you in connection with orders and enquiries you made. - Purpose and legal basis for processing your personal data by our travel
agency.
We may process your personal data because it will allow us to provide services and is necessary to
perform agency activities, including:
- presenting offers and enabling the provision of services electronically;
- sending marketing information;
- fulfilling orders and services concluded under the contract;
- ensuring transaction processing and resolving enquiries submitted to us;
- handling your requests (e.g., via the contact form), even if they are not directly related to the
performance of the contract; - contacting you, including for purposes related to the provision of services.
Additionally, the law requires us to process your data for tax and accounting purposes. We also process
your personal data for the purposes indicated below, based on our travel agency’s legitimate interest,

contract, including enforcing compliance with the agency’s internal rules and counteracting fraud, abuse,
and ensuring security; - debt collection; conducting court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings;
- storing data for archival purposes and ensuring accountability (demonstrating our compliance with legal
obligations).
Based on and only if you consent, our travel agency processes your personal data to store data in cookies
and collect data from websites (e.g., to send a newsletter). Personal data will be stored for the duration of
the contract and for a period consistent with applicable regulations, taking into account the statute of
limitations on claims and tax liabilities.
Personal data for which you consent will be stored until you withdraw your consent.
- Do you have to provide us with your personal information?
Our travel agency requires you to provide only the data necessary to fulfill your order (name, email
address, contact details, and address). If required by law, we may require you to provide other data
necessary for accounting, tax, or insurance purposes. Providing the remaining data is voluntary.
- Your rights towards our travel agency regarding processed data.
We guarantee the fulfillment of all your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. the right
to access, amend, and request deletion (right to be forgotten) of your data, the right to restrict its
processing, the right to data portability, the right not to be subject to automated decision-making,
including profiling, and the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
You can exercise these rights when:
- in relation to a request for data rectification: you notice that your data is incorrect or incomplete;
- in relation to a request for data deletion: your data will no longer be necessary for the purposes for
which it was collected by our travel agency; you withdraw your consent to data processing; you object to
the processing of your data; your data is processed unlawfully; the data should be deleted in order to
fulfill an obligation arising from a legal provision, or the data was collected in connection with the
provision of electronic services offered to a child; - in relation to a request for restriction of data processing: you notice that your data is incorrect – you may
request the restriction of the processing of your data for a period allowing us to verify the accuracy of this
data; Your data is being processed unlawfully, but you do not wish for it to be deleted; we no longer need
your data, but you may need it to defend or pursue claims; or you object to the processing of your data –
until we determine whether our legitimate grounds override the grounds for objection; - with regard to a data transfer request: the processing of your data is based on your consent or a contract
concluded with you, and such processing is carried out automatically. You have the right to lodge a
complaint regarding our processing of your personal data with the supervisory authority, which is the

How long does our travel agency store your personal data?
We store your personal data in connection with your orders for the period necessary to complete the travel
package and for the period during which claims may be brought in connection with the performance of
the contract concluded as a result of the transaction, for a maximum of 3 years from the date of the travel
package’s completion. Additionally, we may store data for the purposes of preventing abuse and fraud, for
statistical and archiving purposes, for a period of 10 years from the date of termination of the contract or
the event necessitating such processing. At the same time, for accountability purposes, we will store data
for the period during which our travel agency is obligated to retain the data or documents containing it to
document compliance with legal requirements, including to enable audits of such compliance by public

We may share your personal data with entities that support our travel agency in providing services, such
as those providing insurance, accommodation, transportation, guiding, consulting, or auditing services,
